Thesis Statements: The first reaction many people have to Twitter is befuddlement. We always want to read short messages about what someone ate for breakfast.

Outline: 

• Individually, many of those 140 character 'tweets' seem inane.
• In collectively, the stream of massages can turn Twitter into a surprisingly useful tool for solving problems and providing insights into the digital mood.
• Twitter can be useful for company who want to know their customer are thinking as they use a product and the companies can adapt their marketing accordingly.
• Twitter can be useful for many activity if we are wiser in using it.

Pros: However, for Twitter to be truly useful as a research tool, more people will have to start using it.

Cons: -

Resolution: To make that easier, Twitter will soon add a search box to the home page so users can search for terms like "earthquake" or "flu" and get any tweets about those topics in their Twitter feeds.
